A Fly in the Champagne – Surf Movie Review

I’m sure you’ve all seen the hype around this movie, it’s been talked about in every magazine, message board, and blog. It’s obvious why, throwing Kelly Slater and Andy Irons together on a surf trip, who wouldn’t get hard over “a 10 day purging of feelings, dispelling of rumors, and burying the hatchet once and for all” between the two greatest competitive surfers to have ever lived.

Archy – Surf Movie Review

I’ll just go ahead and say it. Archy is the best action sports documentary I’ve had the pleasure of watching. I’ll compare it to Dogtown and Z-Boys, but it’s better. There’s not much else to say, this is a movie that needs to sit on the shelf right next to the Endless Summer.
