Surfing Mag got an interview with Jamie after it was revealed he got a wildcard spot in the Turbo Bodyboards Pipeline Pro. Mike Stewart scored him the spot and bodyboarders everywhere are pissed.

Now all he has to do is get pitted, come out, and fly up in the air like a frog. He definitely has the first part down, and anyone can pull off the frog part so I think he’s set to win.

Garrett McNamara, his young son Titus, and photographer Fred Pompermayer took a crew of east coast chargers out to surf that secret northwest slab again. Rob Brown, TJ Gumiela, Will Skudin, and Mike Cimino were among the few lucky guys out there.

Tom Cozad got to fly up the coast during this last California swell, taking shots from above the LA / Ventura / Santa Barbara breaks. I love seeing unique perspectives and it really shows you how good socal gets it when there’s surf.
