There’s one more day until the first 5 Innersection surfers are chosen. The process has been great fun, Nathan Myers and Taylor Steele have done well in putting all the drama out in the open and keeping things interesting.
Tim Bonython’s new film is looking pretty insane. Sessions 2 exposes us to some of Australia’s best fearless surfers taking on what we mortals would think as pure craziness. The movie is available March 22, 2010.

Kelly Slater, Julian Wilson, Jeremy Flores, and Dane Reynolds were flown down to that lovely little secret spot in Mexico, along with the biggest entourage ever of filmmakers, photographers, and general support crew to pull this off.
Check out this “leftover” footage from Circulate Motion Pictures’ movie, Way of the Ocean. Asher Pacey and Josh Kerr find a below sea level reef slab and pull into a few shacks. If this is leftover footage, the full move is going to be epic.
Sam Page has thrown together a little video of the action at the Cloud 9 Invitational that took place in October 2009. Australian surfer Garrett Parkes beat Hawaiian Makua Rothman in the final, but much of the action took place in the first round with Jamie O’Brien and Sam Page himself getting 10s.
